People come to therapy for different reasons—you might be feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to. It can help you understand yourself better, work through challenges, or even explore deeper patterns in your life. It’s not just about problems—it’s also a space for growth, clarity, and feeling more balanced.

At Feel and Heal Counseling Services, Psychology sessions are approximately 60 minutes long.

No, you do not need a referral. You can make an appointment with a psychologist without a referral. If you decide to do this you will need to pay the full amount for your sessions out of your own pocket.

Your sessions with a psychologist are completely confidential, so you can speak openly and safely. The only exceptions are if there’s a risk of harm to you or someone else, or if required by law, and this will always be discussed with you.

Monday to Saturday – 9 am to 6 pm – 6 slots per day.
